Yes, all order have to place online. We does not accept any walk-in orders. If design assistance is needed, please email the files or request to Customer Service. Yes, we will double check your files and ensure that is properly suitable for printing. We than send proofs prior to print by email with attached soft copy. Customer have to ensure their file include proper bleeds, necessary fonts or convert to outline and at least 300 dpi resolution and understand that RGB colours will be converted to CMYK and this may cause a colour shift.
